GoB is not a reality marble, but rather a treasure vault. A Reality Marble is not a storage, but a creation of world. Gilgamesh did not create GoB each time he activates it, he connects to it.

And no, Gilgamesh is not delusional. All the treasure of the world really comes from his vault, and that becomes a kind of principle.

Gilgamesh has every justifiable reason to believe that every treasure is his, because they are, or at the very least he owns the blueprints to them. That was because of how old his legend is, in that the entire world consisted off just his kingdom.

UBW merely stores the blueprints to each and every individual weapon Shirou has identified, along with other nonweapons. And even then, a reality marble is caused by an individual's alien perspective over reality. As in, having one's soul projected onto the world reality.

UBW is a RM, a created world where inside this world is blueprints of every unique weapon ever encountered and recorded by EMIYA. Their entire histories, compositions, and designs are all perfectly recorded, allowing for instant proficiency with the weapons by inheriting all combat skills and techniques utilized by their original owners. This allows for the reproduction of Noble Phantasms.

UBW is a world created and perceived by EMIYA's origin and Elemental Affinity, which is sword.


No, Rider does NOT have Heroic Spirit AND a massive amount of noble phantasm (he only has two, hardly a massive amount). Rider's RM, Ionioi Hetairoi, is a world created by the embodiment of Iskander's dream, philosophies, and kingship, also his bonds with his followers. It is the actualization of Alexander's commanding abilities and his kingship. It comes about through the combined efforts of his personal guard, who vowed allegiance to him after many victories and defeats, even after death and becoming Heroic Spirits as well.

So, his warriors, his armies, his Heroic Spirits IS is part of his Noble Phantasm, The Reality Marble Ionioi Hetairoi.

And to answer your question, it's a yes and a no at the same time.

Ionioi Hetairoi, even as a reality marble is of an abnormal one as it's a presentation of his dream and ideas as a king than his perspective of reality. Such a alien concept, normally impossible is being carried out only with the help of his army whom even till death and becoming heroic spirits continue to serve him, their vision of the king's ideals supports the reality marble.

And as answered, Gate of Babylon pretty much contained everything. Weapons, precious stones, minerals and fine food and wine.

Take note, the term "Blueprint" is refered as weapons that were inspired from it's origins that belonged to Gilgamesh. Such examples will be Caliburn which legends came from Gram.

I see.. i was kinda used to the idea that the NP was something EVERY heroic spirits have. given that rider has his army, i thought all of his men had one too. btw, since GoB contains every weapon that was originally his, won't one of the weapons be missing if a heroic spirit uses his weapon as a NP? or would the hero be missing his weapon if gilgamesh is also present in the grail war?

Then again, the time gap between the civilization of babylon with the future ones are so far apart that it's quite unlikely he'll ever intercross with another.

Noble Phantasms generally don't follow the normal timeline rule. Legend of Gil had him owning every single treasure of the world therefore he will be summoned with those treasures. Same goes with the hero with whichever NP that is also Gil's. Both will have a copy of the weapon.

As supported by Gil vs Heracles (UBW path) he stabbed Heracles with something that is very similar to Gae Bolg. At the time Lancer is also in the war somewhere.

The only exception is Arturia since she became a Heroic Spirit before her death, therefore she hasn't been freed from the constraints of time prior to her becoming a hero.

What Giglamesh had was a weapon that would eventually become Gae Bolg. Which means time issues come into play within the golden king's treasury.

What would eventually become Gae Bolg IS Gae Bolg, just without the name. Point still stands that both have copies of the same thing, no one 'miss' any access to the said weapon and NP are generally timeless.

Note the different between Gram -> Caliburn where Caliburn is NOT the same sword as Gram, only the legends being related.
