Because Heroic Spirits themselves are constructs of prana. Didn't you see Lancer's spear disperse into prana once he broke it?

^this. this is my issue. true onwers but in UBW it was used by Gilgamesh. since "all the treasure is mine" Gilgamesh is the 1st hero of the world, means that he is entitled to a NP no matter who holds them or when they are born as legends. it clashes since how is it possible to summon a hero that already possesses a NP then summon another hero wielding the same if the very core is the NP itself?

Inconvincible. It contridicts to as how Gae Dearg is able to bypass any construct of Prana. If what you claim is true, Gae Dearg would've ignored Excalibur altogether.
The term "mysteries" already proves that it's made of an material of unknown qualities than it's supposed theory of prana that you've stated.
Also, Servants are Spirits given flesh and blood via the holy grail. It's prana that sustains their existence to the modern realm and giving them access to use their noble phantasm without using their own mana source whenever necessary.

Finally caught up with the first season/part of this, started 2nd season yesterday. I've really enjoyed watch it and will continue. The King of Conquers, Rider makes me laugh every so often. Very good character.
I Hope to caught up on this anime by tonight.

I can't wait for next episode, they better increase the animation quality to atone for that Rin episode.

-Aoi did not speak out for giving away Sakura

Not to forget that almost everybody in this HG war had these problem lol even Emiya Kiritsugu and also Kirei Kotomine.(The Cool pair had not problem at all lol.^^)

You see, I can learn plenty about communication and its importance by simply watching this cluster fuck of a relationship spiral into this ass result.

Unfortunately I think a great deal of the trouble is thanks to Tokiomi being a horrible judge of character. I mean could anyone really meet Zouken and not think "wow this guy is pure evil"? Anyone who would hand their kid to that lunatic deserves whatever happens to them.
At least that showdown on the road was pretty awesome. Rider really has his principles and sticks with them. He and Saber might view things differently, but oh well. Pretty clear that anyone who would charge at you head on isn't the type for underhanded tactics.

Now we know where all the budget went for Fate/zero...
Rider and Saber's fight was just anti-climatic. Was expecting some blades clashing and perhaps more exchange of debates from the both of them. The quality of the race itself was of no doubt the best i've seen out of the series. But eventually it just conclude with Saber's Excalibur giving Alexander the big NO to a proper fight. Big ass shining torch light.
Rider and Saber's fight was just anti-climatic. Was expecting some blades clashing and perhaps more exchange of debates from the both of them. The quality of the race itself was of no doubt the best i've seen out of the series. But eventually it just conclude with Saber's Excalibur giving Alexander the big NO to a proper fight.
