Watched the first ep. Didn't expect it to run 47 minutes. It was ok. Definitely not the greatest thing ever. I guess complete fanboyism overtakes reason from what I'm seeing.

It not the greatest thing, I am no fanboy, but I always give Type-Moon works respect because I do like the story. Just I never like the original VN art, as well as the FSN animation style, though this one is much more easier on my eyes and that's one big reason, and pretty much the only I'll be watching this.
Once again, to prevent getting flamed, "I give this series respect", I am not hating, but its also not the best thing out there, and no I can't really back it up by providing an alternative, but just be grateful this got animated and enjoy your raging boners you're all getting, and don't waste your time trying to convince or tell me and Mr. Bushido or anyone else for that matter(especially if its obvious trolls trying to get you Type-Moon-tards attention) why we're so wrong in having our opinions about this series.

I would have hated it if they glossed over why the people were after the Holy Grail and focused on getting some action in straight away.
But yeah, I really enjoyed this episode. Although we haven't seen much, the animation quality is already evident and should look sumptuous when the action really gets under away. I'm interested to see how the prospective partnerships line up.

No, it will be like Kamisama no memochou, where the first episode is a special episode which has 48 minutes of durations. But there won't be any episode this week, the 2nd episode episode will air next week.
