It is the best anime i'd ever seen about mystery but there are still something left unanswered like the footsteps that heard even you stopped.Although they try to explain that the characters have the disease that make them thinks everybody are their enemy, it is still unacceptable for why they hear footsteps.I think this is one of the best part of this anime mekes it more mysterious so it should be explained more in season 2.The disease doesn't just make them paranoid; it makes them completely fucking crazy. Hallucinations are common, so that'd explain the illusionary footsteps.

My second favorite anime (Elfen lied is still #1), I'll be honest i came for the violence, but i stayed for... well okay the violence (and the story), it is kid of confusing what is going on you really don't find out too much until season 2, which i really did like as much (i'm watching this series to see little girl kill each other damn it), but the story is rather good none the less and Rena holds my spot for favorite character, its kind of funny to see over used characters (Rena=the overly cute one, Mino=the tomboy, Rika=the cute nice one, Satako=the trickster, Keiichi=the guy who's not really good at much but girls still like him for some reason) and see how the react to tragedy, paranoia, and murder and then there character completely changes (that,s why i didn't like kai, cause they characters stayed the same and didn't really change, also it tried to teach us a lesson other then "life sucks, then you get your head chopped off by a cute schoolgirl with a clever, get the fuck over it")... in short its a good show if you haven't seen it you should, because you never know whats lucking over your shoulder (oh yeah did i mention its also a very scary psycho horror, but i'm sure you figure that out by now), okay that's enough rambling from me.
