I watched the OVA, and truth be told, I found it to be one of my favorite OVAs out there. I can say that I truly enjoyed watching every second of it, and am glad I watched it. I am thankful they made an OVA of IS and it turned out like that.

not just personality but also dark/sad backgrounds... well except Cecilla and dunno about Lin... I'm pretty much interested on Char and Laura and the start of their quasi-sister relationship...
meh... Laura and Lin where just there just for "attendance". Oh we made an OVA, is all the member of the harem present? Check!, ok now they can leave after the 1st half... We just need more "embarrassed" Chifuyu....

the OVA was fairly cool, the first half was pretty fun seeing as all of the girls except Cecilla can cook and the other half was nice to see to...though I'd still prefer the harem ending.

The thing with watching IS is that I feel somehow at ease when I do so unlike other animes regardless of the genre.
But yes in the end, it all depends on one's likes and dislikes.
