What are some things only main characters do? Or only things only they are capable of acquiring.
I got:
-Rooftops- only they can go there.
-Multiple girls- SD's Makoto, 'Nough said.

I've seen many a person on a rooftop, plenty of them weren't even close to being main characters. Still, very often only the main character seems to have roof access, or they are the only one who wants to be there. Always seemed odd. As for the girls, yeah, when it comes to important girl characters, only the main character can have a whole bunch of them following him around for his amusement, but usually he will have a best friend who will have access to a large number of generic girls as well. The playboy type is pretty common, even if you rarely ever see them interacting with any of these supposed girls.

I think most main characters begin as a loner or a weakling, but they discover they have a genius talent and uses that talent to "fight the evil" and "get friends and poon".
