Dude, they're ninjas! They can, like, do all sorts of shit that doesn't make sense. We've seen a guy who could steals hearts and live forever, a guy who could get his head chopped off and survive, and even a guy who became a puppet. I'd say replacing eyes is like child's play.

And I think the series has become progressively more ridiculous as its been dragged out. Pain resurrecting an entire fucking village of corpses is what made me look back to the start of the series and evaluate how much its changed.

There isn't much variety anymore among the techniques either. It's all about weird types of eyes, transformations, the nine beasts, or wtflolinvincibility. If you don't have any of these things you're not a main character.

Seriously, when was the last time you saw a bad guy in Naruto who DIDN'T have a million lives or a way to cheat death?

I got pissed off when Hidan and Kakuzu showed up and did all their crazy shit because it signified a great deal of laziness. For the longest time, Kishimoto tried to explain the techniques, give some rationale for why a person could make bones out of their body or whatever. But with those two, it's like he decided to stop trying.

In a way, Naruto had a bit of realism until Akatsuki showed up. The stuff wasn't real in our world, but it seemed to make sense in the world of Naruto. But Hidan being immortal - there's no bloodline limit for that. There's no special technique for that. It just doesn't make sense. It defies the laws of the world.

But, you know, it's a shonen series, so what do you expect? At least it's fun to read.

if only you could take other peoples body parts in real life. almost the whole right side of Danzo's body is from a uchiha. i find that kind of funny

And yeah, I don't care much for when immortality and resurrection are introduced into an anime. Because then you can just bring back whatever characters you want, and nobody ever really dies. After Akatsuki took center stage there has been a lot of that shit.

I know what you mean. The eye jutsus are just all over the place it's starting to get irritating. The author just ran out of ideas. I am more interested with the love aspect of the story now. Looks like Sakura will confess her feelings some time soon. But what the hell happened to Hinata's confession...

I think she's just being ignored, because both Naruto, Bleach and One Piece tends to take care of the cool stuff first, then explain everything afterwards(or just completely forget about it then apologize for the shitty story)

And the only thing I look forward to like the rest of you is: What happened to the love relationships in Naruto? Shikamaru should get it on with Temari(I feel better if that happened) Ino should start showing up more often to make Sakura stfu, NarutoXHinata (GET IN ON ALREADY STOP STALLING!) etc etc

In the new chapter Shikamaru is the only person who actually did something which was directly helpful to the story line. Sakura can go rot in hell for wasting pages. And Naruto should act like a ninja and stop emoing.

Akatsuki is just a bunch of people who auditioned to be a part of the group because they ticked the box that said overkill on the sign up form. And Hidan and Kakuza were nothing compared to what Naruto did to Kakuza when he nuked him more than once with his god damn rasen shuriken

I think Naruto will soon come to a decision on what to do with Sasuke, but one thing I do have to complaint about is about the whole deal with the Sharigan, I'm getting kind of bored of it, and it would be good if Kishi introduce something new.

I cant care less about the plot anymore things i am interested in

-possible level of emo + gayness Sasuke can get to without taking off his shirt when he's fighting

the plot in naruto is pretty much dead now, it's about Danzo trying to go hitler, Sasuke getting manipulated like the Grade 8 Dumbass he is and Sakura wasting pages, where Naruto finally found an excuse to fill his pent up emo desire

I can't believe so many people care about the romantic subplots. That stuff bores the hell out of me.

Really, I just want to see the fights. And get the answers to questions that have existed for years, like how Madara's been able to survive for so long (and what he looks like under the mask) and whether or not it's related to Obito.
