I would have to say Ef - Tale of Melodies (the second season), AIR, and of course Clannad. Ef is the only series I've actually cried during, though.

Most people tend to miss these, but how can people forget the classics, like Now and Then, Here and There, or Grave of the Fireflies?

Hmm in a way thats a simple question, yet also hard.
I would have to go with; Air Gear (although The ending really pissed me off, no spoilers) , Noblesse (I know its only a manga but DAYUM its epic), and possibly Seikon no qwaser.

I agree completely. That is one of my most disliked endings ever.

I dont watch a lot of emotional animes, but I think TTGL was the best, I couldnt put it down during the last episodes.
