I can't say. I haven't been keeping up with Bleach but I've seen what Naruto has become.
Art style wise, I think Naruto is better but I prefer the art style back when it started not the Shippuuden art.
Bleach incorperates way to many characters and the story kinda threw me off at [spoiler place]
Naruto's characters are fine but I hate what Kishimoto did with the story as in [spoilers]

Not that I have anything against the anime/manga themselves,but those becoming mainstream in the U.S. has bastardized every single convention even REMOTELY about anime in the goddamn country.

Naruto and Bleach are actually not bad in my opinion, but it's just that they're one of the most bandwagoned anime of all time and that they have WAY WAY too many fillers(especially bleach). Back to the topic, I'd say Naruto is better.
However, I would like to emphasise to the thread starter that there are A LOT and I repeat a LOT of anime that is better then Naruto or Bleach. It's just that these are the more popular ones. NOT THE BEST.
