Lol, with the way Bleach is going recently, it's Naruto for me.

i think if naruto and ichigo fought each other, they would keep outdoing each other until naruto went 8 tails or the 9 tails just came out.

Naruto is much more entertaining then Bleach.

@Soul Slayer: you win, and you lose some. However, I'm far from ignorant as I have watched a bit from both series and was pretty disappointed from the bad pacing and filler material.

I don't know why I like Naruto. It may be due to the fact that it keeps on going, for whenever I find an anime I like I am always heart-broken when it ends. It's good to have something to rely on to distract me from life, homework, etc.

As for Bleach... I love swords!! When I first found it I watched the first 14 or 15 episodes in a single night-- I was hooked! No shitty filler about Bounts will make me give up this show. It also hold deep philosophical meaning to me: the concept of the sword being an entity in itself and a part of its wielder, etc. It is simply awesome.

Edit: OOH! I think I have it! A strong possibility in why I like Naruto is its similarities to Arthurian legend. I'm a huge fan of King Arthur, Merlin, Camelot, etc. And anything having to do with a young man shunned by his peers and society only to rise up and be the hope for his country always gets my support. Jiraiya could be Merlin and Excalibur could be the Rasengan. Something like that, although that specific of a comparison may be ridiculous. I could go on, though, about which character equals which. Hehehe

Think about this for a second. Yamamoto has a flaming sword, right? And he's basically second in command besides the King of Soul Society. This makes their relationship identical to Michael, angel of war, and God themselves. Aizen, a very trusted Captain(Lucifer)-Convinced two other Captains to aid him and his army of Arrancar(Essentially, Shinigami without souls, so...Fallen Angels) to rebel against the King(God).

Take Ichigo aout of this equation and we have the basic story of Lucifer's Fall here.

Naruto has a better overall storyline.
Bleach is full of plot holes and goes to one thing to another. The only thing bleach has going for it is fights

I'm hearing mostly that bleach has more filler but its the opposite naruto has more bleachs only filler is the bounts, the stuff during icihigo's training with the visords and the one with the new captain. will naruto has all the stuff after the fight with sasuke and more than half of shippuden is filler also bleaches filler is so much better. but how about compare naruto and bleach from the books so that filler isn't an issue. also I'm sick of hearing that in a fight between icihigo and naruto that naruto wins because he would go nine tails past four he's no longer naruto he's the fox and has no control a real fight is naruto in jinchurikki sage mode and icihigo vasto lorde hollowfied because their both in control and at their strongest
