this series is truly amusing, i've watched the ending and surprised by it, even it's kinda weird.

I NEEEED to watch this -.-

I decided to wait on posting about the final episode just because of how shocked I was at the ending, (and I still feel a little bit like that right now).
Anyways, this was definitely one of my favorite shows from the fall season and even though it was a Gainax ending, at least we will be seeing a second season, (hopefully).

Woo take that stocking fans, as if, stocking fans don't care if shes a demon. So I heard season two is going to be on the blue rays can anyone confirm? I kinda hope it is, with the new laws in Tokyo I don't know how Gainax will be able to produce a second season of the same, shall I say quality?

I am a little disappointed, I mean I like it but it doesn't sound like the song used in the show its somehow off. The rest of the ost is amazing, corset's theme will likely end up being my favorite.

Technodildo is my least fav, it sounds like a sucky sampling of Benny Benassi's Satisfaction. And the OST doesn't have the song from rooftop scene at ep 6, I am disappoint.

Oh boy, people took the end of the last episode serious here?
Gainax knew the people were expect some over-the-top plot twist, and they did so the last 2-3 minutes, just for funs.
And when has Gainax ever done a second season anyway? The 'announcement' was part of their joke/trolling.

Or at least, that's what I'm thinking.

I've only seen one episode of this and I want in on it......
I heard the first season ended so I'll try to catch up on it.
I do hope theres a 2nd season.

-Second season is, like it was stated in the secret track of the OST*, up to Imaishi. He said that, as long as merchandise sells enough for Kadokawa, they're doing a second season.
-The ending was indeed meant to set-up a second season; it wasn't just a last minute joke.
-Panty and Stocking Nendroids coming.
-They can't talk about Stocking's final revelation yet.

-They say Panty's hot "love juice" from right before she has sex with Brief is the reason why her panty scars Scanty's face; they're considering making the scar permanent, and pointed out their own inconsistent sense of continuity (since the zombie thing wasn't permanent)
-They call Nishigori's transformation animation "tissue time"
-They have a name for the final attack in episode 13 and it's "Big Bad Mama"
-They planned to have the Panty/Brief thing pretty much from the beginning
-They filmed Garterbelt being blown up in August, which was back before they'd even done final designs for Corset; at the time, they weren't sure how or why Garterbelt would be blown up in the final episode, but they wanted to do it anyway, and that's why the scenery behind him looks vague
-They joked about skipping season two and doing season three instead, or making season two live action so they'll be safe from the Tokyo Youth Ordinance Bill

Oh the PSG Ost is da shit!

Oh my yes. I'm definitely pre-ordering them as soon as they are available.

Yeah, watched the last episode and it was absolutely awesome! It had everything I had expected in the last episode...until the end. That ending REALLY made me go FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-. This is especially considering that I preferred Stocking over Panty and she went and made herself even more of a bitch than Panty ever could be...

On another note, I'm loving the OST. Granted, the Theme for Scanty & Kneesocks could've incorporated just a bit more lyrics, but it's still awesome nonetheless. I'm finding myself liking Fly Away a lot more in its full version. Currently, I'm looping Fly Away, Pantscada, CHOCOLAT, Theme for Scanty & Kneesocks, Champion, and Fallen Angel.
