To Filler or Not To Filler

So what I get from any thread about anime people HATE :evil: filler. I've been thinking with all the hate for filler and thought up this interesting question. Would it be better to have filler or not have fller at all? We all know filler is nessasary to keep anime from catching up to the manga. That being said thoughts. Oh and please no one say "in stupid voice" No Filler just have the story run all the time!

I like The Bleach Fillers because they sometimes go in depth with many of the characters that are not really mention. Those are great fillers =o
