Toonami was too amazing, I want it back too ^-^

Toonami was the best thing around when I was a kid. Toonami is how is first got me so in love into anime.
I miss Toonami on Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network some of shows now is are dump.

Even though it was an April Fools Joke, I really miss tom. He brought me the best shows in my childhood.

I used to wait for toonami like a dog for his master it was the best thing I had to look forward to as a kid and after it was all over I was already waiting for it's return. I really do hope that one day that cn finally brings it back even reruns would do.

Good shows, good memories, great times

I grew up with Toonami. I don't think I'd do anything after I got home but sit down by the TV and watch shows I largely didn't understand. Oh, and stand on the furniture and scream trying to become a super saiyan. Good times.

Even if it was just a weekly thing I'd be more than happy to see Toonami make a comeback.

Hah that was THE BEST April fools joke adult swim has ever done in my honest opinion, it really was great to see this blast from the past. Hopefully adult swim will bring the "uncut" version of Outlaw Starr to their saturday night line up.

Damn it! Damn it! Damn it! God I miss Tom and the Absolution! I'm in my fucking 20s and I'd watch the shit out of that block of programming if they brought it back. It didn't deserve to go away because they wouldn't fucking put new programming on the weekdays like they used to. I remember hopping straight to the TV after school just to catch a new DBZ episode. Fuck! I watched Sailor Moon back then too. It's not even something I went back to, but back then it was the only real source of anime I had, and I remember it fondly.

I would live to see some old toonami! It was the only reason i would do my hw early so i could watch my anime for later =3

Man, if only the Toonami block wasn't an April Fools joke. I was so stoked that it cam on, since i haven't seen it since i was a kid. I think most, if not everyone here grew up watching Toonami, and all of its anime showing goodness.

I'll always remember this advertisement playing fight before DBZ started, always got you fuckin amped up ready, it made watchin the shows even better.



Toonami was beastly, nostalgia rating is immense.

Alas long gone are the days of quality american cartoons and foreign anime on the shallow self imposed shell of its former self cartoonnetwork. Alas the death of TOM and his AI and the Absolution and TOONAMI itself, marked the death of AlL quality media. Todays version of CN is nothing more than a proxy to serve as comercialisms bitch. Whose only job is to bend over and take its relentless assault of shitdicked assrape of mediocrity and souless tasteless socalled entertainment. The day CN murdered TOONAMI is the day they murdered the hopes and dreams of hundreds of thousands of children teens and adults across the world.
TOM: he is what no one else could possibly attain. He is the one true awesome.
