If memory serves then it was probably digimon and then I stopped for a long time until I was about 16. Then I watched Evangelion and started to watch other things.

Sailor Moon and Pokemon were the first anime I ever saw. (Dunno which one was first)

Sailor moon and DBZ for me, I didnt really get into the anime universe until i saw sailor moon. Shortly after that i watched more common animes like inuyasha then dove into the Under-verse for highly uncommon anime.

Hmm... If I remember correctly it was Yu Yu Hakusho when I was on a family vacation abroad. Watched it even if I didn't understand a single word they said. XD
