For males: Crazy awesome like Kamina
I like the polite, quiet, shy kind for girls

Just from this list, i'd say shy girls definitely. Another favorite are the more humorous ones that say everything in a monotone voice.

I like a character who's smart, have a sense of humor but still isn't mentally stable.
