i happen to highly respect igarashi ganta from the deadman wonderland series even thought he was fueled by revenge at first he wants to redeem himself and set free the deadman

I would have to say The Count of Monte Cristo from Gankutsuou

i think Soul from Soul Eater is a bit interesting and Haruhi Suzumiya is the #1 interesting character XD
