Hey Jacob,
First off, thanks a lot for doing this and working with Shikimaya to offer this sale. It was pretty awesome of you guys to do that. That said, given the glitches with the shipping options in the store for the daughter chapter, and the delay in posting the daughter chapter until after the mother chapter had sold out physically signed, is there any way you could combine shipping costs for those of us who made two orders to get one of each and were hoping for combined shipping? I know those located outside the US would especially appreciate it at least.
Absolutely, no problem at all. Just send an email to support@fakku.net with all that info and we'll take care of you there.
I think I just figured out why support never got back to me about my ticket I sent over a week ago then. When I sent in the ticket on Dec. 31st, just after the sale, I used the
contact support page here on the site. A while ago I had used that page to ask support a question and today I just noticed, going through my email inobx, when I did that I got an automated email saying "Message Received". Well, lo an behold, I did not get that same "Message Received" when I sent in my ticket for the store shipping issues with this ticket. So, I'm assuming we broke the whole site that night, enough so even the support page failed to register my ticket on your end. I'm guessing this was also the case for @ntfakku-2457193 above.
Man, this sucks I did not notice this sooner. I see today both doujins are shipping out in two separate packages because my ticket likely did not go through then when all the site issues were happening. It's probably too late to combine the shipments given the two different tracking numbers I have now, though, sigh. That said, is there any way support can refund the priority mail charge still if I try contacting them again and explain what happened with the site bugs?

I already got a notification for Daughter chapter, which was a bit odd since I sent a support ticket asking for both books to be combined as you suggested. At least I know that care is being taken for the shipping and I'm glad to wait a bit longer.
If you used the website support page, did you get a "Message Received" email when you sent in your ticket back then? If not, I'm guessing FAKKU's system was down then and did not register either of our tickets back then.
