Update: Finally got to talk to the bosses again and while they did offer me a different position as last, it would put me back on my old shift. Unfortunately, all those people that told me to ask how much more I'd get, you were way wrong. They pretty much showed me that they are total dicks and starting belittling me. They were saying things like, "we don't want people motivated by money" even though I was fully prepared to just accept the promotion regardless and things like "I didn't expect you to say that, I though you were better than that" WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU AND WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU KNOW ME!!! Honestly, both of the people talking to me are not from my shift or the one I was transfered to >_>. I've never worked for then 30 mins a day with either of you!!
I might start looking for a new job now even, I have very little respect for upper management now.... >_>
