Since I'm 100% Asian~ I guess you're right xD. I hardly ever bothered much about body hair.. They're just not all that thick and visible anyway. But I did shave seldomly.
My favorite past time is to enjoy my time reading with a nice up of tea and snack to eat~ but as we all know, snacks are evil, enemy of girls and all people on diet to maintain their body shape! But even so, I still trying to keep my favorite past time.. I'm kinda frustrated! I'm tired of nibbling seaweed or soyjoy as my snacks.. I need some delicacy with the lowest possible calories!
Snacks are not evil! Well, I mean, unless they're the overly-processed junk food kind, but that just makes them unhealthy, not evil. As long as it doesn't make you sick, I don't think any food is evil in moderation.
I like eating carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, or just plain old lettuce--no dressing or anything, although sometimes I will add some garlic salt or paprika if I'm feeling ornery. I just like to nibble on veggies, because I like the crunch and pop. Dried seaweed is good too, but I generally eat that with rice. If it's the crackle and crunch you're going for, maybe try eating shaved ice with a bit of milk? I've been eating that a lot lately because it's hot here.
Aww... Only veggies and fruits?.. I need something more than that tho :(
@Neko
Unfortunately, my favorite snacks were Chocolates, Potato Chips, and the kinds!
They were like sins, even tho you know it's sooo bad to eat them (You can check their calories), you keep wanting for more... But I have parted my ways with them since a while ago tho!
Oh thanks for the tips.... i could try eating those but i really don't like vegetables... x_x
The only one i would probably try would be the shave ice and milk.... then add condense milk and add all the ingredients i like to make it into Halo Halo... which i think is really more of a desert than a snack xD
@Liz
O_O how did you do that? I've been craving those .... and its a good thing i don't have any in the house at all.
I've been doing fruit smoothies lately. I'm pretty much addicted, I'm eating one right now lol. And a cup of fruit isn't a lot of calories, plus it has a lot of fiber so it keeps you not hungry. It's perfect for the hot summer months (though I will probably still eat them in the winter).
I usually just put in 1 and 1/2 cups of fruit and a splash of juice, like apple juice or orange juice. For even less calories, you can put water instead of juice. And I use frozen fruit so it's nice and cold.
If you're using fresh fruit, just toss in a little ice.
Stick it all in the blender for a few seconds and there's a delicious, healthy snack.
My friend likes to put in a little bit of whip cream, which is like 20-25 calories. Makes it a little creamier without adding all the calories that yogurt would.
