LOL xD Yup.. we always have most of the ingredients at home since everyone loves it xD I don't like langka either! I add the condense milk, beans and the gellitin thing with the ube ice cream. >_<
Haha, high five for halo-halo! I like to put everything but the kitchen sink in my halo-halo--pinipig, macapuno, kaong, beans (both the white and red kind), sago, gulaman, nata de coco, shaved coconut, corn, leche flan, ube, and cornflakes. Sometimes I put saba in, but only when I'm feeling like bananas.
Dammit, now I want halo-halo. But the ingredients are expensive over here. T^T
As for willpower, I will admit that I don't have much of it when it comes to food, but I trust my body to know what is right for me. If my body says "eat chocolate" I will if I have it on hand. If my body says "I want lettuce" then I go leaf some and nibble on it. Sometimes I eat more junk than healthy food, but other times I will eat nothing but veggies, so it all balances out somehow.
