Nah. A lot of people are afraid that there are pros who've entered with whom they don't stand a chance against.

That's what makes it more fair in my opinion. Of course, i don't have the skill to actually beat a professional at my level, but that doesn't mean I won't try to ^^ With each loss, I get closer to becoming the writer I want to be.

To me, it would be more enjoyable for others if they feel they can make it in this contest ^^ but yeah, I know that feeling. Had that same feeling all throughout the previous contest

I've had that feeling in the first contest... man, that brings back memories. I sure have come a long way being judges in contests now. I was so very inferior back then as a writer.

This one feels stale to me, I don't know why. Perhaps it's because of the time of the year. I hope it lightens up soon.

Yeah my projects kind of distract me too so I figure I'll work things out immediately when I'm feeling the most nervous so it won't interfere much with the atmosphere of my ongoing works~
