I got that figure for $40 on eBay but I got what I paid for--it was a bootleg. Fortunately she still looks sexy and has good details, she just stands weird and the book pages are tinted red.

If you go the ebay route never buy anything not shipping from a high rated JAPANESE seller. Check the buyfag guide for known counterfeit sellers. I would buy it from hobbylink, hobby search, ami ami or amazon.jp since they do ship to the us for figs. If you buy from the us amazon look at there ratings and when there a fulfillment by amazon then it guaranteed to be genuine or amazon will send you your money back and you still keep your shit. Also myfigurecollection.net is a good way of keeping up with known assholes and selling figs.

one feature? ONE FEATURE?!

ok first off any feature being removed is already one too many. The idea that anyone will justify this shit is already infuriating.

secondly, other things that treehouse did to fuck with this game was:


1. Change the personality for characters.
2. Change dialogue to meme shit and other cringe things.
3. removed full conversations.
4. removed dual language feature, to decide if you want Jap of Eng audio.
5. removed multiple scenarios (I've seen this floating around but haven't confirmed).
6. Had shit voice acting. (Apparently they didn't even bother to tell the VAs what they were voicing).

The fact that they did shit voice acting and then to top it off, they completely remove the Jap audio. Just, the fuck.

And then on top of that they removed a harmless mechanic for no reason other than for their bullshit sense of morality.

The game is targeted at teenagers. What? kids never given other peoples hugs before? That's the level of affection that a headpat is. Then we get fucking retards calling it shameful or that it doesn't fit western values.

SAYS WHO? I've always fucking pat the head of my cousins. My folks get mad because of some apparent bullshit Flip superstition. Doesn't mean I'm going to fucking stop. It's a sign of affection, like a fucking hug. So it's ok to censor something because some bigot thinks it sexual? Fuck off.

The localization team are purposely pandering to nutjobs that want to censor games.

The gameplay itself has been mostly left untouched. That might be its only saving grace. It's probably the only thing most players will focus on.

Still, it doesn't change how bullshit this whole thing is.

I might stop buying any new games completely if companies continue with these fucked up practices.
