And I can't do so because of fucking Fakku.
What? You can't subscribe? Well duh the magazine is on sale, and there is no definite thing that there will be a website where you can read it.

The artists themselves won't.
So what if the artist won't? They need a publisher for their work to be known (and make money), and their publisher wants to make money. If they don't wanna make money, they won't need a publisher. This shitstorm won't happen.

Then stop sucking so much dick, and shut the fuck up.
I don't do this to defend Jacob, or Fakku. I do this because
someone are complaining that they can't violate a copyright.

Congrats, you have nothing else to say. Aren't you the one spewing shit about "OH YOU FREELOADER" and shit of the like?
Sorry, I shouldn't have used sarcasm.

Granted what they were doing was in fact illegal, however, they did so to cater to the community. What's so bad about that? Also, a lot of these scanlators actually support the artists themselves. Now they can't give to the community, and procure hobbies cause C&D letters will be more rampant.
Robin Hood is still a thief, regardless of who he's giving the money for.
It is still a crime to kill people, even though he was corrupt (Akame Ga Kill, if you don't get my reference).
Do I still have to explain why all the things I mentioned are related to Scanlators?
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate scanlators, they used their skill to provide services for the community, often for free! It's honourable, to say the least. But,
THEY ARE STILL BREAKING THE LAW, HOWEVER YOU PUT IT. You and I too, for reading/watching/listening to copyright things that we violated.

The only group making profits off of this are Fakku and their staff, and Wani. The artists get shit, which is bad. How is that a good thing?
Not necessarily. You assumed the artist get shit. Do you really think people in the right mind would let themselves get shit?
If I was an artist, and I only get shit from my publisher, I just either:
1. Move to another publisher.
2. Stop drawing for a publisher and have my manga/doujin available for free.
It could be me but, I have one thing in common with all the mangakas. We are all human and we have a pride.
I don't want to buy a piece of work that doesn't suit my fancy. How would I know what I like without testing it first? Granted, new works might be uploaded to different sites, but results might be limited.
So what if the artist won't? Are you fucking kidding me. Hahahahaha, that's some grade-A shit right there. Kudos.
Publishers need artists more than Artists need them. Especially the more popular ones.A lot of them are contracted, and not freelance. Also, they only make money in Japan. After site maintenance, server maintenance, employee pay, benefits (if Fakku has them), building maintenance (if they're working in an actual building), rent (if they're in an actual building), translator pay, and publishing cuts, the artists themselves won't make anything really. Especially when there's not that much of a demand for it.
No, it seems like you do it just to ride Jacob's dick a little bit more.
No, you shouldn't have used sarcasm, cause if you knew anything about sarcasm, is that it's more expressive and can't really be put into text.
"It is still a crime to kill people, even though he was corrupt", and Yes I get that reference. But no, that's not how that shit works in this day and age. I can go into it, but murder is murder, sure. Illegal or a crime? Nope. It depends on the circumstance. Bad analogy. A person who kills a serial killer in self defense or in the heat of passion can be let off scot-free. Nice try though. And granted, copyright and what scanlators do is still illegal, however no one really minds, and people actually care. I don't really have much to say about the topic of scanlators, except they don't have a safe haven to post their work on, so i'll leave it at that.
Except you aren't an artist, and none of those actions would actually work if they signed a contract or received pay (unless they freelance), and wouldn't do so well for them. Granted they can do doujinshi most of the time to get paid, but it'd be hard to live off of that.
@Jacob; Why should I believe you? That's what western companies say about anime, and you've already lied once.
