@zyphil if you suppose that Fakku had not made a deal with Wani then they either would have made a deal with a different provider (more likely to cause purging of licensed material) or not made a deal (for which we have clear precedent that they would have been making attempts to purge their licensed material anyway, see 'sending out takedown notices befores talks with them')
