They're really not that different. The only reason I got both was that I liked White's version of the world more, but also definitely wanted to get Reshiram.

Well, I'm kinda bored with the hype of B&W, and I missed my old Pokemon, my old towns and cities, gym leaders... So I'm replaying Soul Silver again~
Last time I played SS, it was boring... Because when I started the game, I already had virtually every pokemon available from my D/P/Pt games, not to mention all the important items as well... So I was playing my SS without any challenge, without any fun of collecting the rarest pokemon, without the nice old feeling I had when I first started playing Pokemon game when I'm limited to getting any pokemon I wanted...
So this time I'm starting all over again~ without any pokemon transferred, from nil!

You must beat the game before going there... And of course, I fancy White forest more than Black City as well

I'm a fan of pokemon. I've played from Red - FireRed. I have Platinum on an emulator, but I haven't beaten it yet. I can't get HeartGold/Soul Silver or Black/White to work on the emulator and I'm too cheap/poor to buy a DS and the games. Am I missing out on something good by not playing those games?

And that only counts if you really love the game.

I love Pokemon! In my circle of friends everyone has something they call their own weather it be DBZ, Yugioh, or Smash Bros. To then I am their "Pokemon expert" XD. My favorite generation has to be Gen II. In my opinion Jotho is flawless! I will play generations I,III-V but i don't enjoy them as much as I ever did Gold, Silver, or Crystal. My favorite character is Gold from the Adventures manga because of his wit yet he is serious when the time comes.
