Ah... no... I couldn't figure out how to install any of that stuff...That shouldn't be a problem. Before you patch the game with English Interface Patch, I highly suggest you to update your game's version into 1.05 for convenience's sake. After that, put the English Interface Patch in the same directory as your game folder and execute it.
It's similar to how you update your Touhou games.

Spring Fiesta! (DRAFT)
There is just no end for Saigyouji Yuyuko's garden of idea. In order to celebrate the upcoming spring with a BANG!, the Netherworld Princess decides that she should make an event with the support of her knowledge regarding a certain game that she has learned from the previous trip to the outside world.

From March 22nd 2013 till the end of Spring Fiesta, which is April 1st 2013.
Every player is given a player card, brought to you by Hakugyokurou Card Making Institute.
Let's go with me claiming Izayoi Sakuya as my avatar. Given the conditions, my player card should be something as follow:

0. Th7.0: Perfect Cherry Blossom Normal Mode only.
1. To earn badges for your player card, you must defeat the bosses of Perfect Cherry Blossom.
2. Capture the screen after you beat the boss.
3. Every player who provides a screenshot of Lily White announcing spring will be granted a special sakura emblem.
4. For special players who're willing to test their might against Saigyouji Yuyuko and win, their cards will be upgraded into super player ones along with the special butterfly badge attached. Here is the example of a legit screenshot only for Yuyuko:
Spring Fiesta lets all of the participants to relive their experience in the first spring incident. Barely understanding the gravity of her action back then, Yuyuko is just not afraid to spice things up again, regardless of how reckless her preferred method is. It's up to the infamous three playable characters, Hakurei Reimu, Kirisame Marisa, and Izayoi Sakuya to teach Yuyuko another lesson.

There is a restriction on Marisa B, from what Jenkins told me...
I'm in the same boat as you on damaku-ing.
Probably two weeks like usual? We're only doing normal round this time, and we only need to get screenshots of beating the bosses, so it's not like we need to 1CC the game...
Also, Jenkins forgot to post that you can't claim any of the cast that shows up in PCB. This is: Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Cirno, Letty, Chen, Alice, Lily, Any of the three Prismriver Sisters, Youmu, Yuyuko, Ran, and Yukari.
