Honestly, I don't and I've never really heard of it. May I have proof or source? It might take me a while to get you the proof you need, since I need to run through the entire stage 4, get to that point, and actually concentrate on who I'm attacking... I did my second run and managed to get a new highscore.
Merlin took one life, Youmu took two lives, and Yuyucow took three lives; it was a good run overall.

Yes I have the replay. Too much effort to put it on youtube so let me know if you want to see it and a link will appear. Its true the event said you only have to beat the stage bosses, so we could do practice mode for it. Moreover the pictures didn't have to be from the same run. But doing it all at once is far more satisfying and much easier since now I have no reason to play PCB anymore, Yakumo's aside anyways.

Jenkins meant that he used the wrong submission card. Instead of his, he used yours.

Also, I wanted to clarify that you have the resource needed to re-capture your screens. Now that I know you have it, would you mind to do some re-capture? I will still consider that you've posted 2 submissions even though you edit your post in the previous page with the recaptured ones.
Using practice mode is not allowed, it'd insult people who pushed their way through PCB with sheer effort.

Did I need to? Despite everyone doing Letty first and me trying to be different, I thought I could have just done Yuyuko first... then Lily, Chen, and so on as I had wanted... But do I have to do Letty first to get badges? Seems... weird...

Both Lily and Yuyuko were mentioned specifically because beating them should be taken as a secondary objective.

Gave PCB extra a shot today. Wound up at Ultimate Buddhist. Ran is far easier than Mokou. Is there any event incentive to beat Ran?

For myself, SA and UFO. I'm at stage 5 in both and just need an excuse to finish the job. Bring on the hellfire aliens.

The incentive to beat Ran is to unlock the Phantasm stage, where you can then test your mettle against Yukari.
I have yet to 1cc SA and UFO as well... I'm at stage 5 in SA, and stage 4 in UFO as everyone knows...
