Finally fixed it, i just copy and paste the d3d9_33.dll from the SWR folder to Soku then it finally works. Still thank you so much for your reply.Hmm...strange, since I didn't need to copy that into my soku folder. Well, at least it's working now.
By the way, have you modify configex123.ini to unlock all cast?

No I haven't. Now that you mentioned it, So there is a way to unlock without fighting?! Can you please teach me how to modify it. I prefer mano a mano unloking but i wanna know how for future reference.

But... for some reason it's harder to get close to Reisen than getting close to Okuu for melee. :( I can't figure out those moments when she vanishes yet.

Yeah, but sometime experienced players can find a hole to execute that slow combo and dealt full damage easily.
