Hey, hey, hello.
I am still very much alive.
Because I can't be bothered to remember the last incentive for me to visit, I decided to make one, by starting what I like to call:
Touhou: West of Eden Project.
In short, it an attempt by me to create a plot of a new Touhou game.
"One night, everything changed.
At first, it was nothing unusual. First, a star ceased to shine. Then another. Then another. Soon however, every star would go out, and the sky would turn forever black.
And then, the Illusion sprang to life.
A mirror image of elaborate castle sprang to life across the sky in place of the stars, and Gensokyo would never be the same.
Humans and Youkai begun to disappear. The Bamboo Forest was entirely set ablaze, one that never ends. The once-playful fairies were driven insane by the mirror of castle. The lakes around Scarlet Devil Mansion were consumed by ice. The Kappa Mountain disappeared in a massive explosion, caving into the earth.
And now, Hakurei border is collapsing.
The brave heroines of Gensokyo demand an answer.
The rumors say that the Castle that appeared in the sky is a mirror on Moonlit Dragon Castle, the residence of long-forgotten patron of Gensokyo, the Last Dragon of Earth. Only there, can the heroines find answers and restore balance to their world.
Unless, the Man in Yellow and his Emissaries stop them first."
This is not a nice Touhou story. This is a horror and a mindfuck. The main villians are all-powerful, think very little of heroines, and heroines themselves are presented in a very negative light. Gensokyo goes apeshit insane. Think Arkham Asylum meets Lovecraft.
If anyone wishes to contribute in any way, they are welcome to do so. In fact, I invite all of you to submit their own interpretations and ideas.
Updates may be slow, because for now I have a very loosely defined idea of the series.
For starters though, I have bios of some of the Antagonists:
The Man in Yellow
The King of Space, and Spectrum of Yellow
VA: Show Hayami
Theme Song: The Illusive Man
A mysterious, charismatic man dressed in yellow robes that crosses paths with protagonist team as they make their way into Moonlit Dragon Castle. He seems to be interested in hindering them as much as helping them as well. A foreign presence to Gensokyo, his power frightens even Yukari.
“The ability to understand is not necessarily the same as capacity to understand. Some phenomena escape understanding.”
“Thank you for all your hard work. Unfortunately, I cannot allow you to proceed any further”.
“Your life is a lie, child of Hearne. Look back into your life, and you shall discover void that surpasses your understanding. That is because as long as you keep denying “who you are”, you shall never discover what you coveted all these years.”

Wawelia S. Pendragon
The Dead Force of Live Gensokyo
VA: Mai Nakahara
Theme Song: The Force of All Dreams
The dragon that sleeps deep within darkest recesses of Moonlit Dragon Castle. Millennia ago, when Yukari created the Hakurei border, she inevitably had to rely on the endless amount of power that lay within the last dragon on Earth. However, maintenance of the barrier is only possible as long as Wawelia sleeps. Her awaking may prove devastating to all of Gensokyo. But at the same time, her dream is steadily warping the fabric of this fantastic land.
“The Dead God still dreams. It is not a verb, it is not a creature. It is a force. It does not wish to alter anything. It wraps reality by simply existing. The God may not be aware, but her very presence distorts the world.”

Thzeniro
The Ice Queen of Decadent Fey Court
VA: Ai Kayano
Theme Song: Crown of Sinners
Once a peaceful, if playful, ice fairy, her life was forever change when the Castle’s reflection appeared over Misty Lake. While remaining fairies were driven into insanity, a shard of intelligence preserved within her, and she gradually begun to recover. As her new personality formed, so did her power grew exponentially. When the time was right, Thzeniro revealed herself to the new fey, and froze most of them in the wasteland of Ice Mist Lake that became her kingdom on that day. She now works with MIY, whipping her army of psychopathic fey to his goals.
“They were wrong. They were all wrong. The world ends not in a thunder or a whimper. It ends in cackle of ice~”
“You. You deride me as monster, but my only “monstrous” act was to survive…and I only had to survive because you had failed in your duties. If you seek guilty, you only have to look into the mirror.”
“I am the Queen of all Fey. Behold my power.”

Saffron
The Magnificent Star of Hyderabad
VA: Yukana
Theme Song: The Trading Company of Malicious Dreams
A woman of beautiful Indo-Middle-Eastern complexion that is MIY’s servant. Her phantasmal powers allow her to bring about ruination without fail, though a better life always emerges from ashes. She acts whenever MIY cannot be bothered to arrange for something. Although her manner is charming and beautiful, her tone is almost always cynical and malevolent. She views heroines as complacent, unaware of either true extent of their powers, or the dangers of their indulgence in random quests over maintain balance of their own realm.
“You? You are the Border Maiden? Don’t make me laugh child. You can’t guard a stack of dog food, much less a realm!”
“Direct Intervention is Necessary”
“This Dream has the attention of those infinitely greater than yourself. You only delay the inevitable.”
“Hooo…? Interesting. Can you be the one He seeks?”
Enjoy~
