Would you mind to explain how does the spellcard work in IaMP and the similarity with Hopeless Masquerade's? Honestly, I'm not really familiar with IaMP. This is the result of Scarlet Weather Rhapsody being my first Touhou Fighting Game ever.

About the video, I like how the background features a lot of characters from the old series as watchers. Unfortunately, they aren't doing much, or we can just say they're lacking animation frames. Gameplay-wise, I'm still uncertain in regard to how the spellcard works. Hopefully it will be explained splendidly as the demo being released in the next Comiket.

The spellcards in IaMP have to do with certain conditions, and along with certain combinations of controls and button inputs. It is most notably like Tekken, or Dead or Alive (DoA), or even Mortal Kombat.


Hosting an event was a learning experience... gotta say that I just happened to choose the most difficult way for hosting an event...

You activate into 'declare' mode, which you can do once per round. Then you gain access to your regular super (quarter circle inputs) for a limited amount of time. That's all.

Did the same thing happen for easy mode? It felt like everyone was late or I misread the deadline.
