It normal and alot of people are in the same situation including me, although i dont go as far as to go to sleep at 5 in the morning. But you shouldnt worry to much, theyre are ways to counter it. Just make sure to keep your bedroom light on, looking at a bright screen in a very dark room is very bad for you. It also help's to do some quick 5 minute breaks(mini streaches, food, whateva) once an hour, our body's werent design to stay in one location for a vast amount of time. Just doing that alone help's alot. They are other effects, but theyre very minor and not so much of a big deal.... I think?

[color=#ff69b4]I've been told this a lot, and I never do it because I have no need to do so. My laptop or whatever I have on is not what keeps me up at night It's just how I am. I've been like this for a few years(5-6 I believe).
