Dont feel bad. everybody loses it from time to time. for instance: i got pissed that some dude at a mcdonalds cut in front of my while i was trying to order my meal when it had already been a bad day. so i went ahead and picked up his tray, broke it over his head, and ate his fries while i waited for my order.
