Are you in love with anyone? Have you fallen in love yet?

I'm in love with Tegumi. The funny pictures she posts, her witty sarcasm, her disdain for morons, that tsundere attitude... I consider her to be the perfect woman. I'm too shy to tell her, and scared that my girlfriend will find out I love another woman. Plus I couldn't handle the rejection. So for now I will just admire her from afar in hopes that one day she'll notice me.

I thought I did once - but it was just BS and me being a noob over someone who really hurt me later on. Never felt that kinda love... and I pretty much reject girls left right and center when they ask to go out with me and so on... mostly because of the fail I previously mentioned.

Moving along, is there someone I admire? .... Maybe. Actually, yes. I'm just too shy to admit it to them, or in general... Eh.

I have loved one woman completely, and still do. The problem is that it is my ex-fiancé and she left 2 years ago this February :(

Well she left me, so she knows very well how I feel, and to top it off, then she went back to Turkey (I am from Denmark, and we lived in Denmark) so I have no way of finding, seeing, or talking to her... How ever much I still want too :(

I have had a few crushes (never bothered keeping track) but I have been in love once.
She had been crushing on me for years and we eventually got together in High school. We were extremely happy for almost five years but during the fall semester two years ago I was having a bit of a crisis, not knowing where I was going in life.

I still loved her like crazy but she didn't feel it. Her mom was having serious marital and mental problems and because I didn't have a job was insisting that she go on a date with another guy. Because she didn't want to push her mom's delicate mental state, she didn't refuse.

She eventually picked a guy that we knew, and that we knew we also had a crush on her. They had their date in January a year ago, then she "hung out" with him a few more times. Then she dumped me with a text, saying that we should take a break. Things were awkward, then I found out that she had agreed to be his girlfriend. She said that she said yes only because she didn't want to humiliate him. She said that she would wait for me. Then, she said that she loves him.

I could barely contact her. The only way to keep in touch and see what she was doing was on Facebook. She blocked me from it because she thought that I was getting to stalker-like. She got over it, but we still barely talk and she won't let me see her page.

I still love her, but the pain and anger ...
It's easy to not feel as much pain by being angry, but if I think of her in a certain way or see her; I just can't help but remember when things were good.

At any rate, I don't understand how she wants me to change (she said that I needed to change a bit if we were to even think about getting back together), I am pissed that she couldn't talk to me and hid all of this; but the big thing, she couldn't admit it to me or even herself.

I don't know whether or not I will try and remain friends. I am going to leave that up to her. Either way, I want my stuff back.
The problem is that I still love her, or at least the memory; and I have no idea how she feels. She is pretty good at hiding emotion while talking, and she never sees me in person so I can't exactly get a better read on her.
I suppose that I am going to set things up on my own terms now, or at least I would try if she would talk to me. I just can't stand the difference in what was and what is.

The worst thing is that we had a bunch of the same friends and that we were always hanging out. Now I have to find a new church, new friends and hopefully a new girlfriend or at least friends that are girls.

Meh, I am done talking for now. It helps a bit to talk though.

I find that you only question whether you're in love or not is if you haven't been. For those of us who have been in love, you freaking know. Sometimes, you wish you hadn't asked at all.

It's a tough thing to ask. Most people have a hard time being utterly honest with themselves and what they want. They'll torment themselves with whatif's and ifonly's without stepping forward and doing anything to better their position.

Not saying that it's always gonna work, being proactive and letting folks know how you feel. Shit, you can get burned and burned good for all your troubles. At least be the person who jumps in the fire instead of watching it blaze.

Love, for me, has an accumulative effect both positive and negative. The longer you've been in love, the harder you've been in love, the greater the feeling. The fallout of losing love or being rejected snowballs like no ones business. Something I carry from relationship to relationship is that each new one is bursting with both potential greatness and utter devastation.

But you make do. It's never the end of the world, though it feels like it. You just got to deal.

How I dealt with it (and something I highly advise against) was drinking my troubles away. I was Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca throwing back glasses and collecting bottles. Being that guy who only dealt with the emotional pain by creating an equally physical one was not a good thing. I knew this and the people who cared about me knew this. It's about three months now that I've gone cold on the liquor.

No, the real way you deal with it is you look back and disseminate whether this thing was good or bad for you. That's when you got to be that hardcore kind of honest. You may be surprised by what you find out.

Sometimes you were so enamored by the person you were blind to the little things. I love this girl then and now. She was a ballerina who loved art and music. We shared so many things in common and my fondest memories were just staying up late being in each others' company. I ignored the drug use and bad decisions. The assumption was that somehow if I struggled more, I could make her life better. The realization that a person has to do some things on their own took me 5 years to figure out. We are great friends now, both acknowledging we have a long way to go down our separate paths but fully understand that those paths will converge many more times in our lives. And it'll be okay.

If I could share one message with all my comrades out their in the world is simply this: It'll be okay. Stuff sucks and sometimes getting heartfucked by someone seems like the worse, but it ain't nothing you can't get over. Healing takes time. Keep the faith and keep shooting for love, if that's what you want. It's out there.

I really Love this girl (and still do) I met during camp a couple of years ago. She did Love me back but both of us were too afraid to admit it, afraid that the other would freak out. However, we did stay in touch and would sms each other everyday. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, we had a fall out and she hates me. I still love her very much even when I found out that she can be quite psychotic.... I guess Love is blind after all.

Nope and not yet. Mainly cause my school has a lot of fat chicks, loud women, violent women, sluts, whores, drug addicts, etc. Theres like only a handful of nice and pretty females. I havent fallen in love with any of them.

Maybe you should try to fall for the nice females? ^^ Who knows, you might end up really liking one of them.

I loved only 2 people in my life. Only 2 people really loved me, or made me feel loved. At the moment I just want to find someone who can accept and like me for all that... I dont know what to do after I find this person, if I will even. I guess finding or knowing such a person exists alone is enough to make me happy already
