Showing off wealth and status is to look better, and to look better is too look more perfect.
I think a better example is people who wear jewlery for sentimental reasons, like a wedding ring or something recieved as a gift.
But back on topic: I love em natural. I felt a girls breast implants (she was just like "touch em! go ahead!") and they felt kinda odd. They were not as soft as natural breast, and just didn't seem as attractive. I gotta consider myself freaking lucky though, my girlfriend's breast are real, big and supple :D I overhear her friends always talking about her and her breast too, so I know it isn't just me.
