It is called Gyakushuu 4. I have never played it, but thought it was hot, and it was the right price (cheap) so I pulled the trigger. I absolutely love it!

Well, in order to play Japanese-based games or visual novels on a US-based OS you will have to change a couple things in your control panel's Region and Language settings. So from the Windows/Start Button go to Control Panel (assuming that you are running a Windows-based OS)...you know what, here, these might help:
