Do you have a dream of becoming a voice actor/actress

I would love to be a VA.

But, even though I live near Bang Zoom! studios, a few hours away, actually.

I just don't have the talent. But If I did, I would try my hardest, you know?

Being a voice actor would be very cool I think. I really want to try that onces to see how it is.

LOL I actually have a small part in the latest Gothic (IV) game, I'm one of the merchants (my cousin was the executive producer of the game, and he needed some voice acting for smaller spots), it was a lot of fun. I definitely have the voice for it, so all I would need is the acting chops to be a really good one I think.

No, my voice sounds like crap. I'd rather be a Stuntman than a Voice Actor.

A funny topic to come across. Why? After I got off work for some reason I had the urge to.... Well try doing some voices of my own with some lines from some characters I knew. Did this for about a half an hour or so and (not to sound full of myself) I thought I had developed a few really good voices.

I've always thought that It'd be a great job to have. A job where I could completely divulge into something I love, but I never thought I could get into the business.

Know I think that I have the voice for the job and I've watched enough anime to know the sounds + techniques that great VA's use, but not the experience in voice control that I'd like. :/

Well its not about the voice all the time, that comes later actually, what you have to learn first is to show emotions through the lines, or else no matter how you can use your voice, it won't matter. <---- KUDOS TO NEKOHIME FOR TELLING ME THAT, LOL. xDD

I've been inspired for voice acting since I saw Batman: The Animated Series way back then. I think I have the deep voice needed for villainous roles or for the stereotypical rough guy. Later on when I get a bit more time to myself, I'll make some videos with just audio and see what happens later.

For a short moment, a week or more, I did want to be a radio host or something. I thought it may be fun, than I just grew outta it and never thought of it again

I was terrible in theater, but I always excelled in my language classes. Every teacher I've had has told me that my inflection and pronunciation is great.

So, yes, I have an aspiration, and certainly wouldn't turn a roll down, but the chances are SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPER slim.

Actually just got back from Acting School not too long ago. A roommate of mine was offered to voice in a Twilight game in LA; besides doing some local modeling, he's fresh out of High School. It really doesn't take much to be a voice actor in America if you have a talent agency.

Don't know how it is for voice acting (in Japan), but if you want to be a real actor here, it's a tough business. You better be either really talented or really hot.
