once or maybe twicw a day .. but that number has dropped alot it used to be summin like 8 or 10 times before not sure what kind of time period it was over though

if the time allows it then once or maybe a day, I have to stay in good shape....
but well if there ist to much work or something like that then may be 5 times a weeks.

This thread reminds me.. I forgot to fap today.. If I fap now that makes my fap frequency 2.67 times per day.
