I believe it boils down to the time and energy one has on his/her hands. On average, I would say I do so at least once per day, which is significantly lower than the times I do so before I started working.

If it had to be a weekly average I'd say about 8-10 times a week. Can't get to sleep without it though so my minimum is once per day
