Headphones or earbuds?

How much better? Like meh better or omfg this is so much better that I can tell the difference?

My suggestion is to go to an audio store and listen to the headphones you're looking to buy to compare them as sound is very subjective to everyone.

The JVC HA-RX700's, IMO, are even better than the Sennheiser HD555's (which cost $118 USD) in terms of overall sound quality and performance. They are an absolute gem, nothing comes close to matching its performance at that price range.

Plus i reckon they look pwetty kewl.

If going for headphones, make sure to buy ones that go around the entire ear as opposed to just resting on your ear.

I have the latter, and when worn correctly, with left on the left and right on the right, they just kill my ears.

well I used to have an excellent pair of koss headphones (until they broke of course), so I'm wondering how you'd compare it with the aforementioned headphones. I'm looking for a new pair to buy, so just curious what I should go with.

I love earphones and its quality but I get to much atension with them on I wear them around my neck so they wont get stolen and I always hear "Dam those are some big headphones" or "hey look its a DJ" I like the atension but it gets annoying some times

I always thought the Skullcandy headphones looked too flashy. I thought some thing a little more inconspicuous would be better.

When ever I see some one with Skullcandies I get the feeling if he keeps walking these streets for too long some one is likely to get mugged soon.

I like the in ear earbuds cause it really isolates almost all the sound around you 0.o and portable, as in it doesnt stick out much, unlike headphones that looks like a "Please Hold me up" sign XD but thats just me

I like headphones. I use the PX100 for outside and HD555 for indoors.

I like headphones. They're a lot more comfortable and I don't accidentally sit on them. >w<

Not to mention they look kind of cool.

Skullcandy excels in their products' design, but the sound quality is shit compared to other brands.
