DA just needs to go away. It produces way too much drama and .. Well there's too much to say about it's level of fail. I had an account there myself a while back and I really wish I could delete it now. The site's just a joke.

It is apparent that sadpanda is indeed too good to be true.
It is of urgent importance that we find out who is running this site and why they are.
We must rid the world of this evil and make absolute sure that sadpanda.us is indeed what it sells itself to be: a free upload site.
On a not sarcastic note, I say that we should just use it while we can.

I don't know about that. I haven't been active there in a good +2 years, but it isn't that drama filled at all. The community is actually pretty spectacular, considering how big they are and how stuck up you have to guess some people are there.

hahaha no I don't post pictures of myself, I love taking pictures of other things and while I'm learning to become better with my camera. DA is a nice way to meet people that will actually give good advice without me having to sit two hours with a dictionary to understand what the hell their talking about

I used to do some photography, but there is nothing interesting to take pictures. I remember mentioning that to a guy on the forums, and he went all philosophical on me and said something to the effect that I'll never be a photographer on here if I can't find good pictures to take of even my seemingly mundane world.

SadPanda has not received a single ad click (According to Yahoo) since the creation of the site. Since the Yahoo ads don't display on adult content images, they have no issues with what content is stored so as long as I don't link to any of it. No big deal as Gelbooru kinda lugs all my other pet projects around.
I thought I had asked for permission from that artist but, looking at my messages, I guess I didn't for that image. Ooops, I'm usually more careful about that sort of thing when the artist is clearly noted. :s
