I feel that as people we have run into situations that teach us life lessons!
Its only right that we share them, it could help others in the future! "because we all know that most people lack common sense now"
Anyway just write a lesson, no matter how odd or messed up it may be....a lesson is a lesson after all!!!

When you're an 8-year old at home, and you have nothing to do and you set an ashtray on fire, Never EVER spray water at it. It'll just increase in power and burn a hole in the roof.
To put it out, throw a bucket of water. No joke.

when you're a 7 year old obsessed on a NES do not go to the room where they put it and hold what you think is the remote control or controller pad during a brownout
(turns out it was the unfixed open extension cord on which all the electrical components are plugged into and when the power surge for the electricity turns back on you end up twitching for an amount of time you dont know and a burnt melded looking hand that heals after a few months)
(note: i nearly died on this one so i think its great advice)
(advice: fix all your extension cords properly, and be careful during brownouts)
when you're in the movies with your friends and someone does something stupid with a water bottle in the movie and it seemed funny to you do not re enact it
(note: if you did you may end up drowning in the water bottle and falling victim to your friends' ridicule)
(advice: dont even try to re enact it)

Lesson: Don't Kiss the first girl that starts to show strong signs that she like you when your the "new guy" at school/new to an area!
Reason: She could be the "school/Area-Slut!"

Lesson: Be careful of the medicine you take
Reason: you may have allergies to it and end up hospitalized or it may be expired and have terrible adverse side effects more than the "box label"
Lesson: if you live alone and rarely eat dont randomly go into yer breadbox and take a slice of bread
Reason: Yeah i did eat a loaf of half moldy bread that day (surprisingly that day i found out i could eat foods rotten more or less a week after their expiration without adverse effect)
Reason: you may have allergies to it and end up hospitalized or it may be expired and have terrible adverse side effects more than the "box label"

Lesson: Never mess with a college professor's coffee.
Reason: They need as much coffee as they can to endure a day. One of my old professors joked that with the amount of coffee the faculty drinks in a day, if they're bleeding they'd bleed brown. One of my friends learned it the hard way too.
Lesson: If you really had to hide some of your money in your bedroom, make sure it is in paper bill form, is hidden thoroughly and in an unnoticeable place.
Reason: One of my younger sisters (she's 12) is a kleptomaniac - of money. She already stole money from both my parents, my granny, my cousins, my other sister, and even from 2 of our uncles. But to her frustration (since I heard her go AAARRRGGGGHHH in my room while I spied on her trying to find my money cache) she has never gotten any of my money yet. Game's always on, little bitch ^_^

Alternative is calling the parent brigade on her ass >.>
Or mayby find out how many she stole and just steal it right on back xD
