keep trying to explain it... I'm sure people will see your point and decide killing a bunch of people
BECAUSE YOU'RE IN A HURRY is a good idea.
55 miles an hour is the speed limit and quite frankly is slow for me(I normally drive about 90), I'm cruising along in no hurry, and I do believe that it is highly possible you have not been in a situation like this before. Not noticing someone till you are about 75 feet away isn't very much time to react, at that speed, is moving at roughly 80 feet per second. This all happened within a matter of a second. I could have easily had hit them as I did avoid them. I'm not saying I wouldn't get away free from it, if I did, but seeing as how traffic laws are, if I had hit them would things be different, yes chances are I would be taken to jail, but then would I be convicted of a crime? the possibility is no, and is just as likely as it is yes.
Lol (Angelus), not to "butt in", but I think the point of Waar's post (one point anyway) was to point out how ridiculous it seemed to hit someone with your car, simply because you're in a hurry.
I mean, putting aside the things people pointed out already, lawsuits, getting caught, getting away with it, and all else, can you really justify killing someone because you were in a hurry? Not in my opinion you can't. Think about this. How would you feel if someone hit your mother with a car because they were in a hurry? I realize, from your other thread, you don't even like people talking negatively about her. So imagine them hitting her because she was in the way and they were in a hurry.
Yeah, people do dumb things and may slow you down, but killing them for it?
Lol, is this Nazi Germany?
Killing someone can not be justified, not because you're in a hurry. But that's my take on it.
