i would say because Dolly is ALL OVER anything news related. So, anyone who pays any sort of attention to whats going on in the world would see Dolly, coming to fuck up the coast of texas. that's my thought at least.
Not really. I live in Pennsylvania and heard about Dolly maybe twice, and my mom has the weather on every night (She's obsessed, she's the type that checks the radar on the local news channel several times a day just to see what the weather looks like) But yea.
Besides, one would think if a hurricaine was knocking at his front door, he would take cover. :roll:
