honestly if you cant know when you have reached your limits then you arnt mature enough to play games.I agree with that completely, you have to know when you need to stop.

I've done something kinda similar to that X_X I had been playing some game none stop for a longtime, don't know exactly how long since I hadn't left my room the entire time. I ended up passing out as I was going to lay down and ending up busting my face on the wall.

Wow is nice game but 24h is really really too much especially for computer. And if kids are sooo stupid to play games for 24h maybe they will see what can happen for those fools and next time not gonna make same mistakes...

There's a fundamental difference of wisdom and temperance. You can know when to stop and still lack the willpower to actually stop. It's like that old adage...

Even If I wanted to, I couldn't go more than around 5 hours. It's tough to go on a marathon when the computer overheats and dies, regularly.

(attempting to allude to an ep. of Lucky Star, when Kona-chan was talking on the subject of mail-in sweepstakes contestz) My personal best is an 18 day gaming spree during the summer a few yearz back, in which I wazn't away from some form of a gaming system for more than 30 mins at a time ( I would catch the occasional cat-nap in my kick ass memory-foam-core,pillow-topped, reclining, heated-massage chair and ordered pizza and chinese delivery as well as went through several cases of cup-ramen and instant tea, of both the hot and iced variety. I did go to use the restroom as needed. It rocked. :lol: The only bad part of the whole experience what how mush thinner it made my wallet. :cry: ) Between the comp, a ps2, gamecube, and xbox, I waz pretty mush set. Most of what I did waz networked as well.

I've been wondering as to why such news only mention WoW players? Its like they are making WoW the only cause...(I Just watched it on local TV, earlier, same story... this very same story, not a similar situation)
Well mostly, if not all, such cases, are blamed on WoW. But there are different games/gamers out there too right?
Pointed this out, coz' most of the stories that resemble this one that was publicized by the media, were all talking about WoW.
