This is Gam-ja Tang(lit. Potato Stew). It's made with rice cakes, beef, potatoes, and pepper spices. A very spicey dish, but very good for hangovers (as is any hot stew). In case you haven't figured this out already, I ate it for breakfast because I was sick from the alchohol.
The newly issued 50000 won bill (roughly 40 US dollars). Used it to pay for my breakfast.
I'm pretty sure they're using the "no homo" rule. That's the only way I'd ride butt-to-crotch with a man more feminine than myself on a motorcycle.
Time-jump. Anyways, this a picture of a shopping plaza at nighttime. My friend wanted me to come here, as they had a fishing trip planned out, and wanted me to come. Korea's nightlife is
very entertaining. Too bad I didn't spend too much time out at night.
After some manhwa shopping I did there, I set out on a drive to the fishing place, and booked a hotel room. My friends were waiting for me at a restaurant, where we promptly got drunk again.
And here are pictures of what we spawned while drunk(yes, mature, I know):
Looking back, I realize: I must have been fucking wasted to make this shit.
While I'm on the subject of drinking, let me explain to you the drinking etiquette here in Korea. Generally, the youngest pours the alchohol for everyone else(in this case, myself). Then, each person takes a small sip. We make cheers afterwards, and then from that point, we drink as much as we want. I personally prefer bottom-shots, as they have that "refreshing" feeling. Once the oldest runs out of alchohol, each refills and we repeat the process.
The thing we drank was
Soju, which is the most popular drink(alchoholic) in Korea. Half as potent as most Vodkas(40 proof). I drank probably 1 and a half bottles.
After that, I promptly fell asleep in my hotel room.
