Anyways, picking a favorite is kind of hard. Especially since I've kind of moved on from shounen and mainly watch seinen... >_> Though, I still watch shounen and shoujo, and somtimes josei... Getting off-topic... If I had to pick, I'd probably choose... Bleach, Fairy Tail, or Tegami Bachi. All of those are good. Oh yeah! And Zoids is good, too. =D
Oh! And some of the anime got marked off just because of how screwed up they are compared to the manga that they are based after. Like Soul Eater, for example. The manga of that one is still going, yet the anime has already been concluded...

Hard to say from the listed ones. I started with Naruto, so there's the bias there, but I also loved FMA.
Favorite current shounen would probably be Toriko though, just because I love food.
EDIT: If you count Gurren Lagann as shounen... that tops the list.

there are so many shounen anime that i like but i think i would go for Rurouni Kenshin eben though its not in the poll
