I like FMA the best because I got wrapped up in an interesting story with engaging characters. There weren't any characters in the entire series that I completely disliked, especially since it was pretty clear that they all had a rich history behind them.

One piece is way too good. One of the few shows to make me close to tear up which having a lot of action.

Soul Eater, hands down. The only thing is that the overall point of the anime as based around courage, which really sucked. Oh well, great series, FMA is second on my list.

Off of that list, I choose Gintama. In general, I like Blue Exorcist (Ao no Exorcist). It's funny yet still has it's dark parts. :)

It was a tough choice between Fullmetal Alchemist and One Piece but in the end I had t choose one so I wen't with One Piece. The only reason being no Fullmetal Alchemist character has got anything on "Fire-Fist Ace" NO ONE!!!!

Fullmetal Alchemist. That's the best anime ever (aside from Cowboy Beebop).

One Piece. It's masterfully written, funny, badass, tragic, and just a plain fun adventure!
