What's your favorite Japanese food?

Went to a restaurant named JINYA in Las Vegas and got their Tokyo Yatai Ramen, it was probably the best that I've ever had.

My favorite is a toss up between donburi and sushi depending on the mood I'm in. Today's mood is donburi.

Welp have to cook osekihan now... Damn adulthood rituals and my fatherly instincts.

Just thinking about eating Takoyaki right now makes me want to drool. Ramen is a close second.

Katsu Don is my favourite Japanese food. I used to be big on sushi and sashimi, but now I lean towards more tempura and California rolls. I also like all types of teriyaki.

sushi fusion. while the traditional stuff is good it is hard to find a place that actually does it right. fusion rolls are a lot easier to find since it doesn't have to fit traditional sushi standards

I never liked ramen, aside from instant, at restaurants and stands and the like as it had a standard kind of flavor in addition to being difficult to finish a bowl, however the ramen at the Shin-yokohama ramen museum is just too damn delicious. But that aside, my favorite Japanese dishes would have to be sashimi and sukiyaki. Raw eggs make for a good dip.

Sushi is never out of place and Yakisoba Pan

I've recently tried this Chicken, and Egg Udon. The chicken was some of the best chicken I've ever eaten in my entire life. So yeah, definitely have a newfound love of Udon. Hope to try Karage soon.
