I see where this is going. The JBL rehab route. Someday, somebody will mess with Punk and he'll go active again. If it's a face, he'll go heel... and vice versa.

Actually, I like having Punk in the announce team. He can probably counteract all the crap Cole's gonna say while Miz is champion. Plus, it gives him something to do while his hair grows back.

I just hope he doesn't end up like Striker.

punk on commentary is great...he's going to be a good talent to counter michael cole, and don't underestimate matt striker you pair him with todd grisham and the commentary is pretty good actually.

oh and update on the cena situation...the guys back stage are going to introduce a new character, one Juan Cena. apparently he's supposed to be john cena's cousin, so he'll be getting under wade barrett's skin until john cena comes back on raw.

Not like that, I actually like Striker's unpredictability at the announce table. What I meant is that the commentator gig put Striker's wrestling career on an indefinite freeze. Remember? He's an active wrestler before he went to commentary.

That's what I meant. He was so good at commentary he wasn't brought back to wrestle since June 2008. And that's something I don't want to see happen to Punk. He's got a lot of years ahead of him in wrestling, I'd hate to see that talent go down the drain.

Well Striker wasn't as good a wrestler as Punk so I doubt Punk'll end up like Striker.

If he does end up like him, imma rage quit, because that is BS
