Gays vs Lesbians

There is no need for a gay vs lesbian thread as they are both homosexual. Instead we should focus on straights and curves.

Here's a new spin (I think): considering the fact that we are overpopulating the earth and depleting its resources (or will in the not-so-distant future), can't homosexuals be thought of as a blessing? Plus, many homosexual couples (from my experience anyway), in lieu of being able to produce children, adopt from orphanages.

It's also not like all heterosexuals end up passing on their genes as well...

Both are fine, but I won't lie about the fact that I will never stare at 2 guys making out, but will drop everything immediately to watch to girls even looking like they're about to kiss.

I was uncomfortable around gays at first. I hadn't really come to terms with what it might mean to be a gay person, or how to talk to them. But I think that kind of thinking, of thinking as "them" was a mental block. Getting rid of that notion of generalizing helped me come to terms with being able to talk to gays and understanding them better. I guess what I learned is that most of the gay people I've met are everyday people, and the fact that they're gay doesn't constitute "them" as a whole, it's just one piece of who they are.

Both are fine with me, although I do have a soft spot for loli-yuri. *nom nom nom*

Gay applies to both females and males.

in anime or manga, both are fine, but IRL? it's hard to accept that your neighbor is a gay, guys...

Well, no it isn't. A quarter of my teachers in high school were gay and three of my friends are gay, and I've never found it hard to accept.

I'm a guy and I'm not really into gay thingy / relationships.
But hanging out with them are fine, as long as they didn't do things on me (-.-').

AS for my personal opinion, lesbians are somehow...pleased to look at (obviously).
Maybe it's because I'm a guy.

Anyway, I don't really discriminate any of them since they're free to do anything they wanted, but for gays (males) - go find a toilet instead of doing it in the public.

Both are ok, everyone has the right to want whatever they want and do whatever as long as it doesnt hurt others.

I have no interest in men, just women since forever. I do not see it as a reason to hate something merely coz I do not want it. There are retarded gay people out there that can piss me off really bad or lesbians, but Id hate them coz of their retarded behavior and not coz theyre homosexuals

Honestly i think the world would be a lot better of if people stopped worrying about what others do in the privacy of there bedrooms. I mean, as long as its consensual and no children or animals are involved, why is it your business, and more importantly why is it justification for prejudice?

JC, its interesting seeing how money can make people's sense of ethics change, of course not a surprise - virtue only when it is convenient. The part where this Ethics guy was to ban miniskirts was somewhat funny - I know its not but it just sounds so ridiculous to me for anyone to do.

I'm fine with either, honestly. I couldn't be prejudiced against lesbians considering I'm bi, but gays don't bother me either. I don't like watching gay porn or men kissing, but if they're not trying to stick their dick in your ass, why would you care? It's okay to not feel that way about other men, but I don't understand why you wouldn't at least not care about the way they prefer sex.

I don't have any prejudice against gay or lesbian, but when it comes to porn, then guy porn just is a turn off.

I would be absolutely fine with gays, if they didnt always flaunt it in heterosexuals faces. I dont recall ever seeing a STRAIGHT PARADE, nor do i recall seeing a STRAIGHT PRIDE DAY! If they would just keep their sexual persuasion to themselves, i would be fine with them. But they dont, so i dislike them. Bisexuals are ok with me though, chicks and guys who go both ways are fine with me.
